These “puppies” were pretty tired after a recent visit to North Carolina where they saw things like the falls below.

It has been years since I have driven under Bridal Veil located on Highway 64 outside Highlands, North Carolina. I didn’t do it this time either, but I thought it was worth stopping to photograph someone who planned to do just that. This highway is one of the very best to travel during the fall season. Of course, lots of people know about it. This means weekends are crowded but the views are dramatic and beautiful.
