I was with my Mom on Saturday evening for an early Mother’s Day celebration. That’s when Jay and his family were available to have dinner with us. So, yesterday was a lazy day spent at one of the state parks. Thank goodness! When I read back over my journals, I realize I could use even more days like this.

Since last September, I’ve had a lot of twists and turns in my life. I did get a wonderful message from one of my former TFC Barnabas group members yesterday. That really brightened my day!

 

I guess right now these are the “kids” in my life. Only thing is for sure: Cocoa is becoming the old lady. She is eight and could live many more years, but she is definitely more mature now.
