I thought that I had posted these. Maybe I did on Facebook. These were taken during the “golden hour” near what was once known as Lake Louise. The property is no longer owned by Georgia Baptist and many of the iconic buildings are being removed. But along the lake’s shoreline, the wildflowers still grow!

Dancing in the sunlight: my mother’s favorite—Queen Anne’s Lace.

An evening paradise in summer with this view and the warm glow and the quiet. No one can travel along Lake Louise road right now.

Perfect! Glad I thought of taking this short walk down the temporarily closed road. I remembered that there usually was an abundance of summer flowers along the earthen dam area.

Always look for the small things in life to make you smile!
