Sunday was beautiful, and I actually took a day off and didn’t worry about walking the “dogs” or traveling to Gainesville to see Mom. I went instead to see Gibbs Gardens to see 50 acres of daffodils. The site is surreal, and my photograph doesn’t even show a portion of what is there to see.

There is much more info on the  Gibbs site. 16 to 20 million daffodil blooms cover the hillsides. It’s pretty surreal and that’s putting it mildly.

I actually want to turn this photo into a watercolor but that seemed a little cheesy.  Sort of like . . .

A slight watercolor . . . .

This one was “back lit” and  glowing.

And finally this one is lovely and eternal.
