For years, I have passed the Marietta National Cemetery and noticed the Christmas wreaths on the soldiers’ graves. It is really a neat sight. This year I decided to stop and try to photograph just part of the 23 acres.

This has been a difficult Christmas since Dad is no longer with us, but we put on a brave face and were determined to enjoy being with Mom last night. We had a great time being together as a family and being with her. Enjoying Christmas with—Abigail, Mom, Tracy, Grant, and my brother Jay, who is not in this photo.
