I have other photos to post, but Chipley insisted that I post this one first. Late last Saturday afternoon, we found a road near the Rabun Gap Nacoochee School where cows were everywhere. In fact, I think the ones in the photo above are the school’s cows. The sun was setting so the light was very dramatic but not any more dramatic than Chipley’s desire to see these guys. He’s okay with horses, goats are cool, but he literally flips over a cow. I can’t figure it out. He almost tears the windows out of the car in an effort to see and smell (that’s probably it) a cow.
Not to be out done, earlier in the day Cocoa visited her vet’s horse. And hey, I got through the visit without having to listen to one coyote or wolf story. There’s hope for life lived in the wilderness.
