Nora Mill is a great place! It is just outside of Helen, Georgia and just beyond Sautee Valley. I have literally fallen in love with their oatmeal and grits. They stone grind it on site. And yes, this is done by a beautiful mountain stream. In fact, it is the Chattahoochee! If you eat their oatmeal, you will never—NEVER—eat oatmeal from the grocery store again. Notice the snow clouds in the background. I actually made it up to Neels gap this time but not without running into snow again.

We love going to Nora Mill. I’m not an oatmeal fan, but their porridge is absolutely wonderful!!!
