I love the beach at sunset! The water catches up the colors of the evening and just stops my racing heart. Peace be still!

We traveled a short distance north from the Fort Myers area to Pine Island and caught this brilliant sunset, which was perfect—even for silhouettes!

Then there was Captn’ Cons with just okay seafood, but the sunset view was wonderful. Plus, it was fun to be at a “beach place” again. If you look really closely, you can see Dwayne, who followed us out the front door wanting us to stay and sing karaoke songs! I had been here years ago during a summer storm and this night was almost a repeat but then . . .

the sun came out and gave us a full rainbow—the promise of God’s infinite care and love!
