I found a new little coffee place in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley. I told a friend, “Not everything has to be Starbucks!” There is always really good coffee being brewed here and then there are the homemade cakes. This one (what is left in the photo) is a mocha raspberry pound cake. It was soooo very good. The guy who owns this place told me his Mom makes all the cakes.
Fresh flowers and a little live guitar music in the background—what a cool way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.
The only thing that was really a bummer was this! No dogs, really? There were tables outside under the trees and I have a feeling that Cocoa and Chip would be welcomed there.
