This last year has been so stressful. I thought I was the only one that felt this way until the president of our company in Marietta said the same thing in an email to us this morning. However, he was so positive, too, saying that 2014 looked like it was going to be a good year. In some ways—not all—I could pack up the ending to 2012 and all of 2013 and never open that journal again. But then, I would miss so many wonderful things that have happened in the course of this last year: new friends, a new job, a new beginning, and renewed relationships. I’m so grateful to God on so many fronts. He truly does make all things new! This photo was taken this past weekend at The Currahee Club in Stephens County, and I think it begs me to sit down, rest, and be still for a while.
