The weekend is underway and Cocoa Joy can’t believe it! The weather is awesome. And Raphael the soft and lovable Cocker Spaniel is on his way to spend time with her. He’s arriving on Sunday and will only stay for the day, but she’s already excited and on the lookout for this lovely boy!
Raphael indeed feels the same excitement about Cocoa Joy. Raphael, in anticipation of meeting up with her, had himself a grooming party a couple of nights ago. Afterward, he kept looking in the mirror, checking himself out, asking me if he looked ok, if his feathers were even, if all his hairs were in place. His confidence is up, and no boy ever felt better about himself as he does right now. Ah, the sweet joy, the “cocoa joy,” of anticipation and desire!!!
What does Chipley think about Raphael. Two’s a couple – three’s a crowd! 🙂
