A friend (fotosimile.com) recently took this photo of me and Cocoa Joy in the Mast General Store in Waynesville, North Carolina. This place makes a habit of rolling out the “red carpet” for dogs. Water bowls filled with fresh mountain water have been placed around the store, and the sales people’s pockets are loaded with natural treats. Cocoa loves the blueberry ones. This is just one of the end results of her training. She walked through the store without incident, greeted people in-between crowded displays, and even walked up to a lady in a wheel chair so the woman could pet her! I was a proud dog owner!
