Hiking A Small Section of The AT

Filed under: Hiking Through Northeast Georgia, Memories

I love the Appalachian Trail and a few weeks ago we took off on a small section just to see how it would feel to walk where so many through hikers travel. Bears! No sooner had we headed out we caught sight of a foreboding sign. It was enough of a warning to make us tuck our doggy tails turn around, and head back to the Walaski-Yi Center at Neels Gap!
