Sweet Sunset

All day long, we had been singing “Over the river and through the woods to grandmother’s house we go.” Then we turned a corner and saw this scene and suddenly we felt as though we had reached a very warm destination—a destination as warm and welcoming as any grandma’s house.

I hope you had a Merry Christmas. The snow pictures are beautiful. We did not have any snow in the Atlanta area or in Birmingham, Al so I did not have a white Christmas, but Christmas was fun with the family. My brother-in-law lost his job in Birmingham and so the family will be moving in June to Dallas, Texas where the new job is – will miss the short trips, but I will go wherever. I hope you are doing well. God Bless – Carol:)
