A Street Full of People

Beth had gone into a store to look for a gift, and I had been left with the task of “watching” for her so we could reunite. I finally gave up and walked into a bookstore where I found countless antique books on dogs, especially Cocker Spaniels. . . . Somehow, we found one another about 30 minutes later in front of a coffee shop. She knows my hangouts.

There was no way our group could stay together. Once we stepped on to the street it was every woman for herself. Like many areas in London, this one was awash of different colors, people, and activities.

Always Look Up!

One of the things I noticed while visiting London was the fact that you need to train yourself to look up. No doubt, there is a psychological explosion of new images going off all around you. But if you will lift your eyes, you will see the most amazing sights — Nelson’s column, Big Ben, and in this photo: the London Eye. Plus, unbelievable stone work, which I will post later.
