Oxford Lane

On the way back to the bus, we managed to find a narrow lane. It was late in the day and while this area was almost deserted, the city of Oxford was teaming with people.

    Do I remember correctly that the children in one of the Narnia books were to meet at a lamppost? This picture made me think of that.

    Jenny: Stay in one place and the whole world comes to you: A lot of the buildings in Savannah were built with bricks from England that arrived as ballast in ships.
